Customized Development Solution is an innovative offering by KIC that addresses customers industry specific needs and requirements.
Customised Development Solution includes extensive services ranging from network planning, site selection and project design to development with customer specific infrastructure/superstructure.
The solutions are:
4a. On a long-term lease basis: KIC builds and delivers the facility as per customer specifications on a pre-determined long lease.
4b. On an ownership basis: KIC builds and delivers the facility as per customer requirements, budget and timeline.
4c. On a development management basis: KIC acts in the capacity of a consultant to assist the customer in developing the facility for a specific fee.
